The All-Russia Inspirational Movement

“There are great, responsive young people in Armenia. And we want to show that it’s not someone from a picture or a comic book character who can motivate and inspire, but real people with a real story” Mikhail Paley (co-founder of the All-Russian Inspirational Movement).
The participants of the All-Russian Inspirers Movement, supported by the Russian Book House in Armenia, came to Yerevan.
The main aim of the movement is to help Armenian young people, to inspire potential inspirers, to ignite them and to give them insights. And it’s possible to create a local community in the future which will help and ignite other guys, making the world around them and themselves in the world qualitatively better.
However, there was also a panel discussion for adults – a community of Armenian businessmen and entrepreneurs was gathered in the hall.
How to ignite yourself and your team, how to turn a dream into a mission and find meaning through everything. How to make your company’s employees happier and not to burn out yourself – this was explained by Sergei Mardanov, Artem Yelmuratov and Alexei Korovin in the education-science-business combination, using their personal experience.
